The Box Gutter conservatory is where a roof which slopes backwards towards the property and it needs a box gutter to collect rainwater. This arrangement makes more elaborate roof shapes achievable and makes it possible to build a conservatory with a pitched roof, even when adjoining property’s with low eaves.
