Payne Windows & Conservatories Starting life in Newton Poppleford over ten years ago, Payne Windows and Conservatories has gone from strength to strength. Under the careful management and guidance of David Phillips the company has gained and built upon a strong reputation, for quality, excellence and customer service.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal friendly service and do not believe in high pressured sales techniques. Our knowledgeable and experienced team of specialists are here to help you through every stage of your purchase. From recommending suitable products that fulfill your needs through to installation, we are with you every step of the way.

In addition we are delighted to now be working in conjunction with Durawhite, based in Tiverton and Exmouth, enabling us to further extend our products and services through out the South West.

David Phillips – Managing Director

David established Payne Windows over ten years ago in Newton Poppleford and has seen it grow from strength to strength. With the wealth of experience David has built up through participation on business, commercial and domestic projects, he is the ideal person for any complicated, unusual or awkward projects.

Rowena Farrugia - Office Manager

Rowena is an integral member of the Payne team and has been with the company for over three years. Rowena deals with all customer enquiries from start to finish, plus all other aspects of office management duties.

Richard Hewett – Installation Manager

Richard has been in the industry for over 18 years and is now in his fourth year with Payne Windows. As well as a full craft apprenticeship, Richard has acquired many subsequent qualifications including an HNC in building studies. His role with the company sees him responsible for the overall quality of our installations and surveys as well as improving and maintaining the quality of all our products.

Kevin Bullock – Senior Surveyor

Now in his third year with the company, Kevin has almost 30 years experience within the windows industry and is a time served tradesman. In his role with Payne Windows he is responsible for the surveying of all the company’s products and assuring we comply with the latest legislation that covers our industry.

Daniel McClure – Surveyor

Daniel is the youngest member in the team who now has been with Payne for just over a year. He is our conservatory surveyor who undertakes all conservatory work. Daniel has five years experience in the window industry, is bench trained and fully conversant in window and door manufacturing, he is an asset to the company, with an AVCE in Construction and Surveying.

Tiverton

Tracey Simmonds – Office Manager

Tracey joined Payne Windows in June 2007, and has already become an important part of the team. Dealing with all initial enquires; she is usually the first port of call for most customers. Along with answering customer queries, Tracey is responsible for the day to day running of the office.

Graham Parkes – Production Manager

Having gained a city and guilds in Carpentry & Joinery, Graham joined the PVCu industry in 1987 and joined Durawhite Windows a year later. Now with over 18 years experience he has built up a wealth of knowledge regarding fabrication/sales for both the domestic and commercial sectors. As well as running the factory at Tiverton, he coordinates the fitting teams ensuring a smooth process from survey to installation.
